TRISKELION Trading Enterprise is the sole representative of Castop Matrix Co. Ltd. in the Netherlands. The factory is located in Bang Bueng in the Thai province of Chonburi - a 50-minute drive south of the kingdom's capital Bangkok. Castop Matrix is a leading expert in Lost Wax Casting technique. The Taiwanese managed organization handles an impressive range of outstanding technical products, partly designed on in-house CAD-systems, and by external engineers and architects.

Mr. Brian Yeh is CM's encouraging authority. With his amiable character he leads his workforce of 200 people creating an enterprise with a human touch. Harry Sprangers (Gilze, 1963) acquired a college degree in mechanical engineering. For his specialization in international industrial manufacturing he attended the Eindhoven Technical University, after which he filled a splendid career with Driessen Aircraft Interior Systems - global market leader in aircraft pantries. In 2000, he changed course to the East. Sprangers lives with high social awareness and responsibility. Although he appreciates his position at Driessen, the ultimate dream is to establish his own enterprise, employing one thousand Thai workers, recruited from the lowest social classes.

From his modest factory in King Kaew, the Dutch plumber's son starts to manufacture boat and bike trailers, already outclassing European models and at very competitive costs. Next to follow were custom-made car ambulances, fully equipped with hydraulic lifts of which dozens of standard models are already livening up his showroom. He has now established his reputation on the market, but the actual breakthrough followed when the New York city council ordered school furniture, resulting in container loads of table legs being shipped to the Big Apple. Later, the streets of Bangkok were marked with state-of-the-art market stalls and focus was set to exporting series of constructional products like fences and balconies. Today, UpTBB is a model company which houses its own design department and a wide array of stainless steel and aluminium quality products. Two hundred employees, recruited from the backstreets of Bangkok, are skillfully trained and experienced with the latest high-tech machines. TRISKELION supports Spranger's work with dedication and, with combined efforts, hopes to achieve his final goal.

In an era of radical climate change, water management has top priority on the international environmental agenda. Not only the expected rise of sea levels obliges global attention, water collection and spring catchment also require continuous technical solutions. Water is mainly extracted from the earth for irrigation, industrial cooling and consumption (drinking water). Beside this, geothermic heat as a source of energy becomes more and more interesting. In order to comply with an increasing demand for energy and the need to protect the atmosphere against CO2 emissions, collecting hot water from deep earth layers is considered a much promising option.

With over two decades of experience Banpong Screen Pipe produces water well screens that can be used in extremely deep earth layers. Regarding quality and innovation, the Thai-Canadian joint venture has the ambition to be world market leader. The top products from the Thai province of Ratchaburi are manufactured by wrapping a profiled wire around an internal array of longitudinal stainless rods, using a sophisticated electronically controlled welding system to fuse the profiled wrap and the supports while maintaining accurate slot opening tolerances according to DIN 4935.

Temperature, hydrostatic pressure, capacity and soil characteristics all outline the length, slot openings, diameter, construction, profile, composition and thickness of the filter’s material. Banpong’s extensive spectrum offers a suitable solution for any possible requirement.

Depending on the application of the screens, soil conditions and geometric pressure, (combinations of) steel alloys 304, 316, 316L, 321 will be recommended. After passing additional X-rayed quality control, Banpong offers up to 50 years warranty.

Yuan Yii & Shun Yii

Yuan Yii en Shun Yii Industrial Enterprises are renowned names in the rubber-, siliconerubber (polydimethylsiloxane)- and EPDM (ethylene propylene diene Monomer) industry. TRISKELION proudly represents both companies in Europe.

Yuan Yii was established in 1971 by Charles Huang. The company initially produced copper and aluminium sockets for refrigeration techniques. Supported by Japanese technology, seven years later Charles Huang expands his corporate activities to (synthetic) rubber and polymers components. The mother company in the Taiwanese capital of Taipei is then already being managed by his eldest son Johnny. Yuan Yii is internationally known for its sophisticated technology and ongoing innovative performances. Produced components are being used by high ranked manufacturers of compressors, radiators, air conditioners, refrigerators and freezers, automotive products, scooters and motorbikes.
In 1994, Charles Huang launched daughter company Shun Yii in Thailand. Shun Yii rapidly developed itself as a very reliable supplier to the huge Thai automotive industry. When senior sent out his second son George to Siam, the company was injected with new impulses. George Huang studied architecture and soon noticed many opportunities for the company in the constructional industry. By now, Shun Yii has made its marks as producer of custom made sealings for the high-end glass components used in cladding industry.
